Despite our less-than-stellar review of a product from Belgium recently, we're going back. Today, we're reviewing Trader Joe's Milk Chocolate Bar with Corn Flakes. (I want to write that as one word, "cornflakes.")

Trader Joe's Milk Chocolate Bar with Corn Flakes is a 6.3-ounce chocolate bar imported from Belgium. It costs $2.99.

Trader Joe's Milk Chocolate Bar with Corn Flakes Review

He says (Mark): Hmm…corn flakes? A childhood favorite added to milk chocolate seems like an interesting idea. I'm a milk chocolate lover, and this chocolate was tasty, and the cornflake crunch was noticeable. The bar size was large, and the pre-sized chunks were excellent sizes. It was cool that they were not all alike! But, the overall impression was fairly average for me - it didn't knock my socks off.

She says (Bridget): I was impressed by how many cornflakes were in the chocolate bar! Every bite had a great crispy crunch! The bites with a little bit of salt in the cornflake were my favorite. The sectioning of the bar is super fun - I loved the variety of scored pieces for breaking off. The milk chocolate was good, but not quite at the level of my very favorite milk chocolate. If you love a milk chocolate bar with a bit of crunch, I think you'll love this one.

Will we buy it again? Likely not.
