Trader Joe's Tomato & Red Onion Focaccia nutrition info

The suggested number of servings per package is 3, but TJ's does provide nutrition info for the entire focaccia.

Trader Joe's Tomato & Red Onion Focaccia, measuring across

A 12.7-ounce focaccia costs $3.99; it measures 10 inches across.

Trader Joe's Tomato & Red Onion Focaccia baked

The focaccia bakes right on the oven rack for 10-12 minutes. As with most things Trader Joe's, I recommend betting on the longer bake time - or even a bit more. The focaccia is pre-baked, so the cooking time is just for reheating.

Maybe you'll want to make your own focaccia. Here are a few recipes:

Trader Joe's Tomato & Red Onion Focaccia Review

He says (Mark): I know this isn't pizza, but it felt like when you order one, and they forget an ingredient. The crust was bubbly, and the tomatoes and red onions were flavorful. The size was perfect for one person or splitting with someone as long as you add a salad or side dish. It was just the balance - too much crust and too little topping for me. It's not that it tasted bad…it didn't; it just wasn't great.

Overall rating: 3 of 5 stars

She says (Bridget): Underwhelmed. Oh, I went in thinking this was going to be a winner. Unlike soft, springy, and oil-rich focaccia, this Trader Joe's focaccia was stiff and dry. (Not in a martini way.) Some bits are overly charred. I'm a bread lover through and through, and I actually left edges of the focaccia on my plate. That's...unheard of. What's more, all of the toppings fell off when cutting. I replaced them, and they fell off again upon taking a bite. The "toppings" would have been better incorporated into the dough or anchored with a bit of cheese.

Overall rating: 2.5 of 5 stars

Will we buy it again? No.

I had heard some good things about this but I was not impressed.

I just finished 1/2 of the total. The crust/dough was good. But otherwise there was no flavor. The ingredients state oregano, olive oil, tomatoes, red onions (among other things). The tomatoes tasted kind of slimy and I tasted none of the other ingredients. So I drizzled on some more olive oil and opened a can of olive and put those on. It helped but not enough.

Would not purchase again.

My husband and I are dairy free & we really love this focaccia because it’s like a pizza with out the cheese- Its true that it’s s a little dry- so after we bake it we add some virgin olive oil on top and red pepper flakes for a little kick and you can even add a little balsamic vinegar for extra flavor if you are in the mood…
