The sauce has a somewhat chunky texture - it's not smooth - but no whole cranberries are in the mix. The texture is like a thick marmalade.

REVIEW (Bridget): If you're looking for a simple cranberry sauce that hits the tart-sweet notes with no other flavors to compete for attention, this is a winner. The flavor is more tart than sweet. Slathered on a leftover turkey sandwich, whisked into salad dressing, or layered in a holiday trifle, this cranberry sauce can pull multiple duties.
