Trader Joe's 72% Cocoa Dark Chocolate Chips Review
REVIEW (Bridget): At first glance, these are similar in size and shape to the Ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate chips. Large and slightly flat compared to a stereotypical chocolate chip. Trader Joe's chips do have a more bitter taste with a coffee-like flavor. While I probably wouldn't eat them straight from the bag, they'll be excellent in recipes - especially recipes like this chocolate chip cookie recipe that calls for a variety of chips.
