I love when Trader Joe's supplies nutrition info for a serving size and for the entire package...in case one were to get carried away. Eating about 1/2 of a package comes in at 160 calories. Scarf the entire package, and you'll come in around 340 calories.

REVIEW (Bridget): These cheese bites are one of my favorite TJ's snacks. I don't buy one bag at a time, or even two at a time; I buy three bags every time I make a Trader Joe's run. The bites are light, crunchy, and pack a delicious cheese crunch. I frequently eat these straight from the bag, but I also love them with a charcuterie platter, in a salad (oh, that crunch!), and sprinkled over tomato soup. Eat them instead of chips with your next sandwich. My grocery store carries a brand of cheese "crisps," and these are far superior.
